Aleppo pine or similar, these are prevalent in California plantings.

A rather unhappy (too dry?) Pinus radiata, or possibly Pinus x attenuradiata (P. radiata / P. attenuata hybrid).

Cones are wrong (too pale buff, too broad, and not stalked) for P. halepensis.

Before anyone goes there to get specimens . . . it's gone.

It shows up GE's historical coverage for June 2012, but just a patch of bare earth in April 2013. In even older coverage (e.g. July 2003), it looked a lot greener and happier, so it likely died late last year soon after the streetview footage was taken.
