I am writing an article on dwarf Ginkgo cultivars for the Conifer Quarterly and wondered if anyone had any interesting thoughts about specific varieties or experiences. I grow 'Mariken', 'Todd's Dwarf' (although that name may not be correct), 'Chase Manhattan', 'Jade Butterfly' and 'Tubifolia'. Would particularly be interested in any stories of growing them in containers, esp in places with cold winters.
