My Wate's sends greetings to yours, Ken ,but he also tells me he would rather grow at my place than yours or even Edwin's,wich is where he originated from!!!
(Not surprising,as we had an astonishing 20 �C (68 � F) this afternoon - but it freezes at night...) T.

tunilla; just out of curiousity: where in south eastern France are you located? Is the more than 20 degrees celcius difference between day and night normal at this time of the year where you live? Or is it very unusual?

tunilla, they're slower to change than the other "yellows". Best color on mine by mid-to-late winter. And they are definitely not dwarfed by their (seasonal) lack of chlorophyll like some of the others -- something to keep in mind.

Being at nearly 900 meters (about 3000 ft) altitude,
we have strong variations of temperature between day and
night. It is the high day temp. at the moment wich is
rather unusual,but I have known it before. BTW, we
don't use the word 'normal' very often these days when
it comes to weather talk!!!
