Tales From the Green Valley

I have this on order, should be here the first week of December. This UK DVD set is similar to The Victorian Farm but will be the years of James I. Since I'm hooked on these farm series, I can't wait until "The Edwardian Farm" comes on in February.

Has anyone watched either of these? Annette? By the way, were you able to view this week's episode of TVF on your television? It wasn't the continuing History of Scotland was it? ha.

Christine, no I haven't seen those, Tales from the Green Valley sound right up my alley. I don't know if it's the first episode but I have the one where it starts out with the pig on the PVR but haven't had a chance to sit down and watch it yet.
I've been busy taking the berries I had stashed in the freezer out making freezer jam and, I just finished making a batch of cranapple jelly, my source of Quince has dried up so no more quince jelly :(.

On a happier note we just heard last night another great-grand baby is on the way, this one will make #4.

Well shoot, you can say "How Green is MY Valley"! Congrats on the freezer jam and jelly making. I have yet to attempt making preserves of any kind. And of course, congrats on little number four.
