Schoolhouse- It sounds like a pretty drink. I know what you mean, I don't care for mint/chocolate or chocolate/coffee...but I do like just chocolate! I still might think about geting a little for company. If it's just the 'add boiling water' kind of drink...at least it lasts a long time in the cupboard :)

Do you ever make your hot chocolate? (From the cocoa powder, not the mix?) I love that and it's so perfect in the winter. I need to go to the store!

Haven't had cocoa from the powder since I was a kid. We couldn't afford Nesquik. I have some Carafelli cocoa powder and some Swiss Miss in the tea cubby that uses hot milk, but it's been there awhile. I'm sure it's still good though.

I LOVE toast with my cocoa, or grilled cheese sandwiches.

I bought some Ghiradelli Double Chocolate and a bag of mini marshmallows yesterday. Today when I couldn't shake a chill I made myself a cup of hot chocolate. Boy did it hit the spot.

I need to buy a bag of mini marshmallows, but I already have a bag of big size mm's in the bread cupboard I could just pinch little pieces off of those couldn't I. Save myself some money. Or just plop a big 'ole marshmallow right in there. :)
