You mentioned that you got it from Chamblees. It may have been mislabeled. I have had terrible luck from them. I had two mislabeled and two that died.

I checked photos on D's Garden. There are pics that resemble both of y'all's. Also a lot of comments about the scent or lack there of. I wonder if the soil content makes a difference.

I wondered about that, which is why on Annie's thread I said I must have Belinda! That photo looks more like the shape of Mons. Tillier - a tea but not a hybrid tea, rose.

The difference may be in that mine are root stock - no grafts.

So are Chamblees roses. I don't think difference in soil would make them look different; maybe different color or less fragrance but not the frilly edges.

I have been pretty satisfied with them. I did loose a couple but one lasted a few years, the other didn't make it through the winter.

I want to try Pickering in Canada but I have waited too late for this year.
