I think my garden looks much prettier and colorful in person. I can't seem to capture it in photos. Oh well. Thought I would share these, anyhow.

Mystery Rose

There are Phlox in amongst these not blooming yet. They are: David (white), Nicky (deep pink) and Fannick (two toned pink) and tall Magnus Coneflower. In back (left) are Glads that will bloom soon, a deep pink dwarf Crape Myrtle and tall Sedum, which will flower in later.

The white bucket is for the weeds I pull. Saves steps.

It's a copy-cat of a named Daylily, but I cannot recall this one's name. I love it.

This is apparently a cross between an Easter Lily and an Asiaatic. I was expecting the white Easter Lily to open and imagine my surprise this morning to find this!

A simple sampling? I'd be smiling all the time walking around your gardens discovering what is blooming. I know what you mean when you say it's difficult to capture your garden in a photo.

That white lily with the ruby throat! Beautiful.

I love the dark centers and dark stems on the Doppelganger. It really sets off the pretty pink petals. Last year it didn't 'doppel' and it was really short. I thought I had been sold some short variety by mistake. I am so happy with them this year.

Yes, isn't that Easter Lily something special? I didn't know they would or could cross with Asiatic lilies.

awesome garden! love rosa cherish--the color is beautiful. looks like the butterflies are happy there too...and who wouldn't be? thanks for sharing. hope you post more photos!

Annie,everything is soooooooooooooo beautiful!! You must have more hours in your day than i do.LOL.You are probably up at the crack of dawn like my DH,and i like to sleep in a bit.He's out in the yard as soon as daylight comes.Some days i make myself get up if i have something special planned.

Oh man, I lve those pinks. the blue sets them off beautifully. That is one gorgeous hollyhock.
