Mmmmmmmmm.

I raised lemon cukes one year, fun, pretty and good to eat.

Photobucket isn't working for me right now; I will come back later to check.

When I read the title I thought all that was needed was some of the homemade mozzarella I did last year and a slice of homemade bread all broiled just a bit.

Now I am hungry!

Mmm, mmmmm! Those sure look delicious! I'm still waiting for tomatoes to ripen and for the lemon cukes to fruit! Yours look mighty tasty!

Ohhhhh, I'm downright envious, tomatoes just starting to form here...finally, cucs starting to flower...finally, Glenda that sounded soooo good, now I'm hungry too and I've just had lunch.

Lemon cucumbers are the very best cukes and Julietes 'son muy deliciosa!'
Julietes make the best sun dried tomatoes (I use my oven set on 200 degrees). Oil them with Extra Virgin Olive oil and bake until leathery but still juicy. Freeze them for later use, if they don't all get eaten first.

I really do love you photos. Artistically arranged in that beautiful colander. I can see all the glorious Temecula sunshine shining into your kitchen. Lovely. (Waaah...makes me homesick).

The veggies in your photos look awesome!! I've gotten sooOOoo many different answers, but I'm confused as to when to harvest my lemon cucumbers... Yellow? Light green? Sized ? HELP!!!
