Some reds from a little packet of Free Seeds

I can't even remember who included these, maybe Pinetree, but I planted them in the middle of the driveway border. So far I just see two varieties but there are a cosmos or two in that area that may be part of it. They haven't bloomed yet.

Glad I planted them.

Well, okay to the reds, but look at that N. sylvestris on the right! And the corn in the background, LOL.

There is no secret dear hearts! That is a new kind of corn this year and it is way over 6 feet tall. Let's just hope it makes good corn.

I haven't a clue why the n. sylvestris is doing so well there.
It just came up from wind blown seeds. I never planted a single one.

I always have one or two plants some where on the place. I just let these do their thing to hide the iris. I may regret it next year!

That must smell wonderful! What are the reds, Zinnias? They're a great shade of red, IMO.
