Your Atlanta Moonlight is a really gorgeous yellow Daylily. I like the others too. I have one that looks a lot like your Strawberry Candy. What is the name of dark magenta or burgundy daylily?

I have Liatris seeds. I think I will try to start some this fall. Yours are so gorgeous. You've inspired me! I can grow those here - the Gaillardias too. They are both Natives.

That is a very nice yellow daylily and the others are pretty too.

My clump of liatris needs to grow some to catch up with yours! I love the spiky stalks in beds.

Oh so pretty! What a nice bunch of Liatris. Which Gaillardia is that? I ordered a bunch of 'Goblin' and they were about 2 1/2' tall this year. Your variety looks pretty low. What is in the upper-right corner in the last photo? Is it a viburnum w/berries? It looks so tree-like I was wondering if it was a tree or a viburnum. That "long shot" really is stunning.

Annie, liatris grows readily from seeds.

gldno1, its easy to increase your liatris. When you cut the dried heads off, make a shallow trench deep enough and wide enough to contain one head in the soil where you want more liaris. Cover lightly with soil. And next year.....
They will not be flowering size for a couple of years.

thyme2dig, yes, it is a viburnum w/ berries missing its lowest branches which had to be limbed up after DH had an altercation with it while mowing last year.

In previous years, I grew Gaillardia 'Goblin','Burgundy','Arizona Sun', and 'Fanfare'.

Burgundy and Sun are gone. They were the taller, floppy, needed staking gaillardia. Apparently, they cross pollinated with the low growing Goblin and Fanfare. They seeded and are coming up everywhere. Leaving them in some areas. Pulling them out in most.
