I don't think I have seen you around here much before Kathy. Very glad you came and posted pics, your garden is beautiful. Hope you show it off here more often!

I really love that triangular raised bed. And the shots with the flowers and the water in the background are lovely! Your hostas are so lush, wonderful how you worked them in with the rest of the plants.

I love Brad's primulas too! My favorite is the orange- I have never seen one like it. Do you happen to know the name of it?
Thank you for sharing these great pics!

Wow this was a nice treat of pictures! What a delight. I have 2 cockatiels myself, 3 yrs old, i can only hope they live as long as Huey! Thank you for sharing your pictures. Hope to hear more from you!

What beautiful pictures. Your dahlias are gorgeous! Do you overwinter them each year? I like the way you put captions on the photos.

I had a cockatiel that I bought years ago. I had to give it to a friend that lives close by and owns other birds. Birdie is now 23 years old! I seriously didn't know they lived that long! It's so nice to see your Huey! Cockatiels are such great birds.

Hi Kathy, loved taking the tour! You have beautiful gardens! How were those apples?

RE: Alaska garden

thanks for all the feedback! great to hear from other gardeners.

CMK: i wish i knew the name of that orange primrose.

thyme2: i dig the dahlias up every year...and start them in april in my greenhouse. they are a lot of work but worth it because they look great in fall when everything else is fading.

natal: apples were good! thanks for asking!

Oh what a wonderful tour you gave us! A view from every corner of your garden. How long have you been working on your garden? The colors in all seasons is just unbelievable. You really have a great eye for combinations.

Thank you MeMo! We moved here in late 2004 -- the roadside bed is the oldest one...after that, we built the one by the house in the back. the outlying ones are about two years old.
