Oh dear, Schoolhouse. The snow is lovely, but time for snow to leave for the year! The beautiful bones of your garden show through the snow. Maybe it will warm up soon.

Your picture has reminded me not to get too cocky yet. One year in the not too distant past we woke to about 6 inches of snow in the middle of April. I sure hope we don't get a repeat of that this year.

Yes, I agree Annette. I have photos from other years of my blooming daffodils flattened by snow.

Although we had a coldish winter with more snow than I've ever seen there, we have had spring this late winter. Loads of rain, nice seasonal weather. I hope your snows vacate soon and you also have an early spring! At least your ground has been well watered this year, Schoolhouse (and that snow looks pretty in your garden, you planned your garden so well for snow).

Maybe the temperatures will be above freezing by then. We've been 15-20C below normal for at least a month.

Oh no, snow. I don't know how you can stand it. I am so ready for things to be green around here. Snow would definately spoil my gardening plans.
