Roses, too early to prune?

Oakley

Oklahoma has had a very early Spring. I've never seen things turn green so early as it has now. We had 2 back to back major blizzards in February, then a week later it got warm and stayed warm!

All of my Roses, Carpet and another type which I can't remember, are all green and bushy. I expect blooms any day now. lol.

But some of them desperately need pruning back. The last frost is supposedly sometime in April, but it's in the 80s now.

Should I remain patient or go ahead and prune them? No freeze in the forecast but we've always been known to get snow in March.
