A Shopping Cart Full of Violas!!!!

Aftermidnight and I have a friend who recently has had some heart trouble, he had given me this "planter" and I decided to plant it up and mysteriously leave it on his doorstep...to give him a nice suprise. I don't know how his health is as far as him gardening much this year so maybe this will cheer him up.

What a wonderful, kind, loving and thoughtful idea! I know it would lift my spirits for sure.

Not only is he English, but he has the most amazing English Cottage Garden in town!!! I was driving by one day and it is so beautiful I pulled over and opened my car window...only to be carried away with the delightful scents from his garden...and there he was working away...so I asked him about his yard and he gave me a tour....then told me about the horticultural club...he has given me plants/advice/pots and such...just a great guy!!! Funny too!Aftermidnight has some pics of his garden on the gallery side.
