The Blue Clips is quite easily found at any place that sells perennials, even big box stores. I am not certain of the Birch hybrid variety though, so if you want to special order then I would go with that one to be certain to get the variety you wish. Most Campanulas are quite easy to grow, you might just want to pick up some seed and try your hand at it.
