I love these iris!

I know they are not something rare and special but these siberian (?) iris are looking beautiful today - and I dont think this clematis has ever looked so full.

These little allium are sweet, filing in after the daffodils are gone. The foliage is spindly (like green onions), but tucked in like this it disappears and looks like the daffs have surprising new blooms.

Gorgeous! I love the Siberian irises and the clematis together. That columbine is something special. I have never seen one like that.

Very, very pretty! I'm thinking about replacing my tall bearded iris with Siberian. Do the Siberian need staking or do they stay upright by themselves?

No staking needed. After the blooms are spent I do gather and tie the foliage as it gets pretty floppy, but thats mostly because I have daylillies hidden in there too so it makes room for them while they bloom.

It is past time to dig and divide them, they have quadrupled in number in the past 5 years.
