Blooming in My garden: Calla lily and Other Plants

There's an awful lot blooming in the little garden I planted last year: I wanted to share a little of it with you.

Last year I planted Calla lilies, red and white. I had some red blooms, but no white...here's the first one this year:

Gorgeous! I love Calla's. Why have I never grown any? My rose bushes don't even have leaves yet, sigh.

Memo, They are pretty easy to grow. They like more water than I usually give them, but they have such beautiful blooms!

It is a nice bush that has these lovely clusters of blooms...and the roses are 3 to 5 inches across...and a wonderful fragrance.

Your new garden section from last year is really doing well to have so many things blooming now. That rose is lovely. I have never tried Calla Lilies, I don't think they are hardy here. But quite pretty. Of course the purple iris is a stunner.
