Did it bloom last year? It wouldn't be hardy here, but if it bloomed it's first year like the description says, that would be ok.

Yes it did, but blooms more second year. It does well in pots, so you
could always overwinter it.

Kinda thought that,as it looks a lot like my dinner plate size hibiscus.We have many hibiscus bushes around here and i love them.TFS
