2. Swallowtail has Tagetes erecta seeds plus a variegated marigold Sunburst Orange Splash (Tagetes patula x erecta), not as dramatic as your photo, but you might look at this one for your second request.

Looks like shipping for the total order is $3.95. I have never ordered there but read favorable posts about Swallowtail from forum members on my other forums. I do not know if this is still the busy season or not when an order can take 7-10 days longer than usual.
