I'm always impressed when a company does the right thing. I placed an order with Santa Rosa Gardens a couple weeks ago. When I received it I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the plants from the careless way they were packaged. They typically use netting to protect the plant and keep the dirt in the pot. Someone neglected to do that. Most of the plants had lost half of the soil and they also were somewhat battered. I wrote to Santa Rosa and they promptly responded saying my order would be replaced ... free of charge.

I had ordered grasses from them earlier this year and knew the care they took with packing. Don't know what happened this time, but I was very pleased that they stood by their product so I wanted to give them a shout out.
