I named it the Country Quilt Garden. The plants in the program were very limited but it was a lot of fun doing it.

Beautiful use of just a few plants. You did SO WELL!! It does look just like a country quilt. What was your logic behind the placement? I'm learning as I go, and hearing how you thought through the design would surely be helpful.

Thanks all. . Deanna, I had no logic in plant placement, LOL. I know very little about design but I know what I like so tried to create what I have invisioned for my front yard. I like drifts of plants, purples, pinks and white, semi formal with a bit of a wild side. I placed the conifers first to give a transition between the woodlands and the flower garden which I am doing in my own landscape. Aftermidnight; The light pink are drift roses, the white and dark pink are phlox and the purple are listed as purple flowers.
