As you know, I broke ground for a new cottage/butterfly bed. I am beginning to get a little more bloom, thanks to the generous rains, I'm sure:

New Bed

Salvia Bed
The other beds are blooming more too.
Side Bed (Salvia)

Lilies Again

Of course, you know the day lilies are beginning to really bloom:

Don't you love this time of year?

The new gardenbed you made looks very good, especially as its all muched and with the nice stepping stone path. Love that Black and Blue Salvia. Like the lily and cleome combo too. I never did do anything about planting cleome here or starting seeds. Too much else to get done.

Wow, those daylilies look fabulous :-))

Wow! You sure get things done fast.

It is what is called obsessive-cumpulsive behavior. When I start a garden bed, that's all I want to do. And it gets done that way.

The only other major thing I do is cook and work. DH does the dishes and laundry and vacumning. Hey, he even irons my uniforms (I have to wear white)It works for us very well.

(No, I have no idea how to get a man to do things like that. I think he is tickled that I am still working and encouraging that since he is retired. He probably doesn't want to have to deal with me all of the time :))
