Oriental poppies flower first year?

Does anyone have any sources that provide oriental poppies that flower the first year? I bought a small start of one this last spring and it got the foliage but no flowers. I was really hoping to buy some that will flower this coming spring. Anyone have any sources, or tips with these flowers? I want them to be part of my fall planting...

Oriental poppies winter sow very well. I save seeds from the summer and throw them everywhere. They also self seed very easily. Here's links to two of my favorite seed sites for poppies. :)
