and more rain. We had a hard rain and 50mph straight line winds this afternoon. Afterwards the only thing I can see as of now is that a big dead branch fell off the Maple tree and a branch up in a Redbud tree down front split. From my back and front doors I can peer down into the courtyard garden and don't see any damage - that I know of.

Yesterday we had storms all day and my sunken garden began to sink! Well, not really but it had at least 3" of water in it. The dirt floor used to hold water after snow melts but I never saw it do this before. This morning the water was all gone but I bet it's swamped again after this afternoon's blast.
The stray tom cat just had to take a peek, maybe he was looking for fish!
