I love the trim that you added. The wispy little tree is perfect for curb appeal and for privacy, and the color looks great with your trim. What are the pretty pink/purple pompom flowers?

Looks wonderful! I hauled rocks for our borders also, it can be quite a bit of work! But it looks so much better in the end, imo, with a natural border like that!

The flowers are 'pass along' poppies. The bush is a Texas sage- that has beautiful/fragrant (pic) blossoms after every rain (not very frequent in Tx). Since then I have added hydrangeas under window(that grow about 3-4 ft high). Most of my plants are 'pass alongs' without formal names. Hydrangeas were cuttings from neighbors bush. Rosemary bushes from one small plant 10 yrs ago.
