hi there!

i've started many many bells of ireland from seed and they're doing very well - they're anywhere from 4-10 inches in height - but i see now that they're much to close together to each other as well as some others - giant zinnia's, and hummingbird penstamon's. they're getting a bit tangled up and i want them to be as healthy as possible.

so my question is can i transplant them at this height? and if so, what precautions if any, i should take?
