Congrats! I LOVE blueberries, just never hassled with growing any!

There are so many blueberry plants at the store, they usually end up going on clearance. I thought I'd try them...and they seem to do really well here, which is more than I can say for most plants! LOL

The Chippewa are very hardy. All I do is water them...and except for a little "horse fertilizer" when they were first planted, I haven't added a thing to the soil. They grow like crazy and also keep the deer away from my roses. The deer (at least the ones around here) do not like blueberries :)
