Is this a Ladybug?

I found this tiny creature in my garden. I wonder if it's a Ladybug?

This doesn't look like any type of ladybug I have seen in the northern U.S. Perhaps it is another kind of beetle. I believe that ladybugs have a black head. The head and eyes of your insect do not look typical.

It appears to be about the right size and shape. Check out the link below. Apparently they don't all have spots.

Hi Xuan,

It looks to me to be Rodolia pumila, a kind of Ladybug. -It is a good guy.
