I think those tubers will grow almost anywhere.I have them and they are very prolific,i've hacked them by accident,picked them up and just threw them down somewhere and they all did ok.I only have pink and purple.

kathi_mdgd is correct. They're pretty easy to transplant, although some varieties are a lot more vigorous than others.
