Hi Xuan, another lovely view from your garden :). I peeked at your blog yesterday and saw how your daylily babies are coming along. I don't blog so I don't think I can leave a comment. Be sure and post a picture when they finally bloom, I'm really curious to see what results my attempt at pollination with my trusty little artist brush produced. I hope you get one or two nice ones out of the bunch.

Haxuan - lovely pictures - I spent a little over 2 weeks in Vietnam this summer. It was wonderful and absolutely fascinating. I saw plenty of plant nurseries, especially for bonzai and orchids, but didn't see many seeds for sale. Maybe I just wasn't visiting the right kinds of places. What region do you live in? Is it easy for you to obtain plants and seeds?

Annette: I wanted to "page" you on the forum to share photos of the daylily seedlings, but sort of... shy out :-(. I'm so glad that you looked at my blog and saw the photos!
The seedlings are growing fast and I'm nursing them along, whenever I'm here at this garden.
Absolutely sure that I will share photos of the blooms when I have them. Hope that won't be long.

Flora: I live in Ho Chi Minh City (aka Saigon) but we also have a small house and garden on the highland shown in the photo above.

It's not easy for me to get plants and seeds where I live; except for some common varieties of tropical flora. Sometime I asked for seeds and plantlets from friends around the globe, like Annette here (Aftermidnight). Annette kindly shared some daylilies seeds two years ago and I'm now growing the seedlings in my garden :-)
