A nice surprise or at least I hope so....

I've been trying for several years to introduce some english bluebells to my garden, they are not as easy to establish as spanish bluebells which multiply in great numbers.

I tried seed no luck, I bought bulbs no luck and I was just about to toss another pot I seeded last fall when I noticed a few very tiny sprouts that looked like very fine grass. This pot had been sitting in a pile ready to go to the compost, slightly waterlogged to say the least and the seedlings if that's what they are were flattened against the soil but they were green. They are now sitting in the greenhouse, fingers crossed and holding my breath.

Has anyone ever grown these from seed, any hints would be much appreciated.

Annette
