I don't have anything on making flowers out of fabric, but i do have a very interesting pamphlet on making flowers out of feathers. there are several different kinds, it is one of those projects i'll get around to someday.

You could check for sites with instructions for paper or ribbon flowers and modify them. Alternately you could purchase fabric flowers and colour them appropriately, or pull them apart for a 'pattern' to make your own.

Watered-down PVA glue can be used to stiffen your fabric.
