| I will be selling dried herbs at a local market this year and in past years, (at a different state) I also sold lip balms and herbal salves. I have called three different numbers to find out if I can sell these products at a kansas market and got conflicting info or was referred to a different authority, still do no know. Do those of you who sell these products have to get any special license? I know they are not food products, but lip balm comes very close to the mouth.thanks |
