What I do is cut some really nice plant tops, 2 or 3 of each kind, and press them individually in a large-format book I have. When they're really dry, I can put them under glass. I have heard of people drying them by pressing with an iron, I'm just lazy, lol. Hang them where the sun doesn't shine directly on them and they'll stay green longer.

I have previously made some very attractive prints, if I do say so myself, by taking photographs , then using some 'texturizing' techniques' avaible on many photo editing software. Print these if you have a decent printer, or take to a local store.
This is one, I have just 'texturized' to show you it looks, with a photo I took last Christmas.

You might also try scanning a plant and printing on some interesting paper. I did this with some ferns and printed on parchment paper which turned out nicely.

If you need a larger size you can have it printed at your local copy shop. Call them to see what format they need for the scanned pictures.
