concrete rocks and waterfalls

Anyone know how the concrete waterfalls and rocks are done around swimming pools. I have an indoor pool that could use some pizzazz. I see it in Florida magazines but no place locally. Is it a special concrete. Any information or sources would be appreciated.

Check the hypertufa forum for information on how to make your rocks. Or even the Garden junk forum--lots of folks at either one have made things like this.
