Decoupage them onto something - jars or clay pots then fill with dried flowers or potpouri? Or cut (or have someone cut) 3/4 MDF board - slightly larger than the seed packs. Router the edges so that the inside flat surface is the same size as the seed packs and cut a keyhole in the back. Paint the MDF whatever colour best coodinates, allow to dry then decoupage the seed packs onto the wood. Seal with several coats of decoupage over the seed packs and they'll last forever.

You could also frame them and hang them on the walls or set the frames above your cabinets or a shelf.
