I dont know where to sell, but I made a clamshell wreath using a straw wreath base and white glue after a trip to the local to beach collect the shells myself when I lived in MA. I saw it in an issue of Martha Stewart mag around 1998. Maybe instructions are on her website, or you could figure out how to do it using a different base and see if hot glue works. But what a beauty it was! Picture frames are also popular. I have even seen tiny shells sewn onto the edges of a swag curtain. Imagine drilling a hole in each one - not an easy task.
