Does anyone have any idea what I can do to turn a turbine ventilator (normally used to ventilate a houses attic) into a decorative windspinner? Linked is a picture of the ventilator.
On garden junk a couple of years ago they were being painted and put on posts, including gate posts (one on each side). The were still spinning in the wind!
