| I was learning to make this barrel bag from this crochet dvd i got on amazon called: "Crochet Fashions in Motion" when I realized if I extended this stitches a little bit it would be wide enough to hold a pot=) If you're looking for a fun way to hang some potted plants you should definitely check out the barrel bag project on this dvd...it's perfectly shaped and looks really cool! |

| OMG...I have that dvd too! I totally love it=) That's such a good idea, I've made 3 or 4 barrel bags butI never thought to turn it into a pot holder but I can definitely see how easy that transition would be=) |

| Thanks for the tip I have "Knit Fashions in Motion" and thoroughly enjoyed it...tons of trendy project ideas, I'll be sure to check out this barrel bag in "Crochet Fashions in Motion"=) i hope they still have it on amazon |
