Preserving Pumpkins

This is my first post on this forum. My daughter is getting married in the beginning of December and wants to use miniature white pumpkins as part of the decorations. If she were to buy them now, how would she preserve them so they will last until the wedding? The store that is selling them doesn't know if they will be getting more in at a later date. TIA

I've never bought the mini white pumpkins, but the mini orange ones I've bought lasted several months. Is it possible the store would agree to hold them for you if you bought them now? If not, I would buy extras, in case some do rot, and keep them in a dry but not too hot area. Best wishes to your daughter, and good luck with the wedding. The pumpkin idea sounds lovely.
