Hi all,

I have a couple of terra cotta pots that were, I think, painted but not glazed. They mildewed pretty badly. Now I want to paint them but obviously need to get them clean... how clean? I used Soft Scrub with bleach and a hard bristle brush, and got a lot of it off. You can still see discoloration but can't scape anything off.

Does it need to be cleaner? Any suggestions on how or what to use? Or would primer be all I need?
