I use regular ole acrylic paints, but cover them with modge podge or polyeurethane. Red devil also makes a polyeurethane paint combo, but I've never tried it on tile. Good luck to you. Now, do you know how to make a birdseed wreath?

How long can I expect the painted tile last in the garden?

there is a paint called Patio Paint......that is made for outside.......check it out at Michaels or Hobby Lobby.....
