| Lucite has to be cured in some fancy oven. One website used words like "vacuum" and "autoclave". I was wondering if there is something like it that can be used at home, and how durable and scratch resistant it might be?
Thanks. Lisa |

| There are those casting resins used to embedd things like rattlesnake heads in belt buckles. they are expensive in large quantities. I tried using the acrylic stuff sold at craft stores for folks to fake 'water' in their dried or silk flower bouquet - doesn't cure perfectly clear if done outside. My project turned milky. None of its cheap. |
