A few days ago.. i saw this mushroom growing in the rose area..i live in a tropical area (philippines), it's been raining a lot lately
i'd really like to know what this is..=] i'm very interested because it is so strange looking..=] thanks for any help =]

p.s it smells too! =[

I believe this is some kind of morel fungus. Nice find!

Wish I had seen this earlier! It's one of the stinkhorn fungi, commonly called Bridal Veil Stinkhorn. Couldn't be farther removed from the morels. ;-)
