mushrooms popping up in lettuce and carrots

Hi everyone. I thought someone on this forum may have an answer to this question.

I have planted some carrots, lettuce, swiss chard and herbs in pots on my patio. I've been watering them often and then we've had some rain so the pots have stayed moist and some mushrooms have been popping up in the pots. All my vegetables are still seedlings so I've been getting the mushrooms out as they are popping up.

Just wondering if this is in any way dangerous to eat the vegetables when they get bigger? I know absolutely nothing about mushrooms except that the button ones in the store are fine to eat, but some that grow wild deadly poison.

I have no idea what kind of mushrooms are popping up in these pots. Would those mushrooms growing in with my veggies in any way contaminate them or make the veggies dangerous to eat if, in fact, those mushrooms are poisonous?

Just being careful. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks:)

No, the mushrooms won't contaminate your vegetables.

If you used a store-bought potting mix for your containers, I can assure you that your situation is commonplace and nothing to worry about.
