Help with Fern ID please

I was given this plant about 10 years ago. I assume it's a fern as it's got spores on the back of the leaves and produces new leaves from a furry middle section.
It grew from a few inces to about 2.5 ft quickly when put in a very light room.
unfortunately it stopped producing leaves about 2 years ago and looks like it's come to the end of it's life.
I'd love to get another one, but as I have no idea what it is, I'm stuck!
I'd be so grateful if anyone could please help me identify it so I could get a replacement?

Hi helqob, Your link to the photo doesn't work anymore. When you click on it you get this message:

The link you are using is no longer valid. If this link was sent to you in an email and you would like to view the photos, you will need to contact the album owner and have them share the album using the Gallery's share feature.

Hope this helps and if you can get us a photo we'll try to ID it for you.
