My first post on the fern forum...

Okay, Long story short... a development is going in... Wetlands are delineated and being avoided. I dug up a few cinnamon ferns that were about to get "wacked". I think I got most of the roots. I never realized how much of a "core" they have. like a pine cone sort of. Anyway, they're in huge pots now with lots of extra room and a layer of peat moss on top... Will this work? I've never tried to transplant a cinnamon fern.
