Searching for Evergreen ferns for the TN area

I've got a DEEP shade area along the side of my house. I've decided that I would like to plant the area over with ferns and possible some shade flowers to fill in some of the gaps and bring in a bit of color during spring and summer.

I'm looking for suggestions on Ferns that might fit the above discription and be easy to optain from East Tenn.
