Might be a Button Fern (Pellaea rotundifolia)

It reminds me of Nephrolepis cordifolia.
I've got Nephrolepis cordifolia 'Lemon Button'.
This one seems to be taller, with forked tips and double pinnae.
It might be Nephrolepis cordifolia 'Duffii'.

I would have said nephrolepsis cordafolia duffii.

seeing how the fronds emerge at soil level would give a better idea.

I don't think so...the ends are split in two, forked. From the pics I've seen of "duffii", they're not like that.
