| 3.5 inches tall of caudex growth or 8.89 centimeters, Like a mini tree fern. (Must be a very old one):

| After going through a long search of around 100 ferns, I found what it is I believe: Intermediate Woodfern (Dryopteris intermedia) |

| Its Evergreen Woodfern (Dryopteris intermedia). You can tell because it is evergreen and if you look at the bottom pinna (leaf), the bottom innermost pinnule (little leaflet)is shorter than the next one out. Hope that helps! |
